If an unsuccessful Appeal is made against the decision of the First Tier Tribunal, there may be grounds to appeal directly to the Upper Tribunal. However there would need to be very strong reasons to make this application. If we deem sufficient grounds exist, our charge for this would be £800 inclusive of VAT.
