Depending on the Visa there may be a full Right of Appeal, the most common full Appeal Rights are based on Settlement Applications such as Spouse Visas. In some circumstances the decision can be immediately challenged i.e. without the need for a Full Appeal. The Entry Clearance Manager will then re-examine the matter and may decide to overturn the decision, otherwise this will proceed to a Full Appeal. Our charge for the Preparation of an Entry Clearance Appeal is £1,000 inclusive of VAT.

There is now a fee charged by the Court Service for bringing most categories of Appeal. This fee is currently £140 for an Oral Hearing per person, i.e. If the appeal also concerned dependants then an additional payment of £140 is made for each dependant.
