• Have been in the UK for a period of five years where money under control minimum of £1 million
• Have been in the UK for a period of three years where money under control minimum of £5 million
• Have been in the UK for a period of two years where money under control minimum of £10 million

Additionally if you have in the former Investor Category during your time in the UK you must have maintained your investments during this period.
